In 2018 Ann began a partnership with Andrew and Jane Walters, husband and wife team that run the Devonport Recycling Centre, to develop and deliver the hugely successful Junky Monkeys large loose parts and Tinkering programmes onsite at the recycling centre, as well as at multiple schools and community events.  These programmes have given thousands of children in the Auckland region the opportunity to engage in waste education with a play-based focused, and their collaborative stall at the WasteMinz Conference in 2019 took out the coveted Best Expo Site Award.
